| Returns or exchanges We want you to love everything you buy from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. In the event the return was our error, we will refund your shipping costs also. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Even exchanges will be subject to the same policy. All refunds, or exchanges, must be returned in the exact same condition and packaging as shipped. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and will be processed within two weeks of receipt of return. | Payment Options We accept: cash, checks and on-line payments through Paypal. We accept credit card orders by phone (360-350-0497) or fax (360-252-6618). All payments are due at time of order. No C.O.D's or other credit is offered unless prior authorization has been received. All transactions, including items for sale and payments, are in U.S. Dollars. Orders (prices and payments) originating from another Country will be coverted into U.S. Dollars as part of the transaction. Any payments that are returned, or denied for any reason, will be subject to $25 handling fee, and/or any other fee or charge authorized by law, and/or any other charge incurred by us in an attempt to collect that debt. |
| Terms and Conditions All orders are processed on a first come-first serve basis. All orders are payable in full, including shipping, handling, processing charges prior to shipment. All orders are subject to availability. Special orders, bulk orders and wholesale orders are subject to a non-refundable deposit before order will be processed. Cancelled orders, for any reason, are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse service, modify prices, add or delete product lines, cancel orders, refund purchases, engage in legal actions to protect our assets, or any other action that we deem in our best interest. |
| Shipping and Special Order Costs Ground orders are shipped via: UPS Ground or US Postal Service depending on destination and order size. Other orders, including air orders, are shipped via the most cost effective delivery system we can find at the time. Shipping costs are added to all orders, unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance. Orders placed outside the continental US may incur additional shipping costs. Special Orders, bulk orders and wholesale orders may be subject to other factors/costs, including: shipping, processing, layout, raw materials, consignment arrangements, special purchases, handling and other costs associated with these orders. |
