The Idaho Partnerships Conference on Human Services is celebrating its 15th year of providing quality training for professionals who serve people with disabilities and their families. Throughout the years, this partnership of caring organizations, agencies and families has continued to provide a truly remarkable regional conference. This year, our conference builds on the theme of “empowerment” and is designed to enhance the capacity of individuals or groups to make choices and to transform those choices into positive outcomes.

As always, we are committed to making this conference accessible to anyone who wants to attend by encouraging our speakers, sponsors and attendees to join us at the table with their resources, time and expertise. Sponsorship allows us to reduce registration fees each year, allowing many more participants the opportunity to attend.

If it is important to have media exposure, conference registrations for your employees, a vendor table or the opportunity to distribute information to over 600 conference attendees, please consider creating the sponsorship scenario that works best for you and your organization

Sponsorship Levels:

Creative Level: $250

May receive any or all of the following benefits (please check your interest):

• Company name and logo and link on conference website.
• Sponsor Name and Contact information listed on a 1-page flyer and included in each registration packet.
• Company name listed in the “Creative Level” section of conference display posters and brochure.
• Special recognition during welcome and announcements before opening keynote.
• An 8’ skirted display table with 2 chairs.

Innovative Level: $500

May receive any or all of the above listed benefits, plus any or all of the following benefits listed below (please check your interest):

• Two-day Registration fees waived for 2 participants.
• Company name will be listed in the “Innovative Level” section of conference display posters and brochures.

Optimistic Level: $1,000

May receive any or all of the above listed benefits, plus any or all of the following benefits listed below (please check your interest):

• Two-day Registrations fees waived for 4 participants.
• Company name and logo prominently displayed in the “Optimistic Level” section of conference display posters and brochures.
• Company brochure or information inserted in each conference packet.

Inspirational Level: $3,000+

May receive any or all of the above listed benefits, plus any or all of the following benefits listed below (please check your interest):

• Two-day Registration fees waived for 4 participants. Plus all additional members of the sponsor organization will receive a 20% discount on registration fees.
• Company name and logo prominently displayed in the “Inspirational Level” section of conference display posters and brochures.
• Periodic conference newsletters, press releases and email marketing materials will be created to highlight conference happenings. Sponsors will be prominently listed in each update.
• Each update will also spotlight one $3,000+ sponsor, briefly describing the organization and honoring that sponsor for its commitment to the conference.
