Community Partnerships of Mountain Home proudly serves the communities of
Mountain Home, Mountain Home Air Force Base, Glens Ferry, Hammett and Grandview.

Welcome to Community Partnerships of Mountain Home!
We currently serve 36 participants in the above communities.
Our staff provide developmental services to 13 children in
the Mountain Home School District during the school year,
and extended school year.

We currently offer employment services, residential habilitation
services, service coordination, and developmental therapy
to both children and adults.
