UPDATE - JULY 1, 2011: The past few weeks have been busy for everyone. We thought that it would be helpful to provide you with an update on our Program Coordination contract activities:
Hiring Program Coordinators –
- We are pleased to announce that we have hired our Hub Supervisors and Program Coordinators for both the Northern Idaho Hub (Hub 1) and Southwestern Idaho (Hub 2). We will be interviewing and hiring the Central and Eastern Idaho Hub staff during the week of July 4th – 8th.
- Our Hub Supervisors will begin orientation on July 25th, 2011 and the Program Coordinators on August 1st.
Meeting Program Coordinators –
- On August 5th, the contract starts and Program Coordinators will begin contacting their CFH providers.
- During the first week of August, we will send all CFH providers a letter that informs you of who your Program Coordinator is, how to reach them and when you can expect to hear from them.
- In August and September, we will be hosting local meetings with CFH providers, participants, family members and service coordinators to introduce our Program Coordinators and answer questions about the contract.
Provider Status Reviews –
- CPI Program Coordinators will assist you with completing your participant’s 6 month and annual Provider Status Reviews.
- CFH providers will have the option of utilizing our website (www.CPIResHab.com). You will be able to input your participant’s data online and their monthly progress will automatically be computed and downloaded onto the Provider Status Review forms. You will then be responsible for inputting a progress summary statement and then printing a copy to send to the TSC.
- If you do not utilize the website, Program Coordinators will assist you to complete it by hand. More information on this support will be provided when your Program Coordinator calls you in August.
Participant Files –
- To assist in a smooth transition, CPI has requested a copy of your participant’s current ISP from their TSC. In addition, we have requested copies of your participant’s current Residential Habilitation Plan, Program Implementation Plans, and Provider Status Review from your Residential Habilitation Agency.
- If we are not able to receive this information from these entities, we will need your assistance to get copies of these documents from your home files. If this is the case, we will let you know in late July. Thank you in advance for all your help.

5/19/11: Community Partnerships of Idaho Receives Statewide Contract for Res. Hab. Program Coordination from Idaho Health & Welfare.
As some of you may have heard, Community Partnerships of Idaho (CPI) submitted a proposal for the RFP for Residential Habilitation Program Coordination for Certified Family Providers. We received notification yesterday (5/18/11) that CPI received the highest points for the RFP and that the State of Idaho intends to award our agency the statewide contract for Program Coordination. We are looking forward to implementing our 60 day transition plan and sharing information with CFH Providers, Program Coordinators and others to facilitate a smooth transition.
Unfortunately we have been instructed to wait until receiving the final contract before taking any action towards implementing our transition plan. We hope this will be in the very near future so that we can begin to communicate with CFH Providers, announce job openings for Program Coordinators and post information on a new CFH Provider website with updates and FAQ's. In the meantime periodically check this website for updates and information. We are honored to receive this contract and look forward to working with CFH Providers throughout the state in the months ahead.
