Community Partnerships of Idaho Res. Hab. Program Coordination will be providing you with information and resources regarding the upcoming transition of services.
Note: Please continue using your current goal sheets and documentation for your participants. Program Coordinators will be begin contacting providers starting August 5th.
Please watch for the following:
WEEK OF AUGUST 1-5:
Informational packets will be mailed to all CFH providers, containing your Program Coordinator and his/her contact information.
BEGINNING AUGUST 5TH:
Program Coordinators will begin making phone calls to Certified Family Home Providers.
OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS:
BILLING - For those of you who have had questions about billing, you will have 3 options:
1. Direct billing to Molina (go to www.idmedicaid.com to find out how);
2. You may choose to bill with your current Res Hab agency or another billing agency; or
3. You may choose to bill with Community Partnerships of Idaho.
