Welcome to Community Partnerships of Weiser!
We have been providing services in the above communities since 2000 and
We are excite to have opened our new Weiser Office and Center
on November 25, 2008. We are proud to be a part of
the Weiser Community and look forward to our future here.

We currently offer developmental therapy to both children and adults.
We also provide transportation.
