| Dressage Schooling Show Information Entry Fees $21 per test $25 office fee; per entry, (not test) ($5 refund at show if entry properly completed & no changes made) Attach proof of negative coggins and one check to each entry One entry per horse and rider $ 5 late fee per test; space available basis $21 Ground fee (for horses not entered in show) (All horses on grounds must display bridle tag) No entry accepted without payment of fees Refunds: No refunds will be issued or applied to future show after in-hand date. Management reserves the right to cancel or combine classes, change officials, or refuse entries. Classes are filled on a first-come first-served basis. Please mail entries early as post-marked entries supersede in-hand entries delivered after postmark closing date should show fill. Informal attire, boots and helmets mandatory. Anyone mounted on a horse must wear properly fastened protective headgear USEF/USDF rules will be followed with regards to tack. Classes Offered: Intro through Forth Level (other classes by request) Divisions: Open, Adult, 13/Over, 12/Under Ribbons: 1st-6th place in each class Champion/Reserve Champion and Reserve Champion Ribbons will be given for each Division within each Level when at least two or more Riders in the same Division ride at least two or more tests at the same Level Rider's top two scores will be averaged Series Grand Champion and Reserve Champion A Series Champion and Reserve Champion award will be given for each Division with in each Level when at least two or more Riders in a Division/Level enter at least two or more tests in at least two or more shows. Arenas: Two 20m x 60m outdoor sand (may be shortened to 20m x 40m for Intro and Training 1-2) Warm-up: 80’x 160’ covered sand arena Ride Times: Ride times will be posted at www.libertyhillfarm.net Friday evening before the show Please call 210-445-1931 if you need any information. |
