22 Dead as Bus and Train collide in Cuautitlan, Mexico

Apparently due to negligence on the bus driver side, a bus and a train collided in Cuautitlan, in the Mexico City metro area.  El Universal is publishing a great photo gallery with images from the accident

The incident left a trail of 22 people dead.  All initial evidence points to irresponsible driving by the bus driver.  More information as it develops.
