Dr. Goldfoot is a tall, handsome man in his middle years, with graying dark hair and a well-groomed goatee. His style of dress can generously be described as flamboyant and foppish. He is the undisputed greatest robotics expert the world has ever known. Unfortunately, he has chosen to use his great genius for evil and to enrich himself beyond even Scrooge McDuck's wildest dreams.
Dr. Goldfoot has set at least two major plans in motion, and both involve sexy fembots programmed for seduction and destruction. First, there are the Bikini Machines that are sent to seduce the wealthiest men of the world so that Goldfoot can gain access to their bank accounts and drain them. Second, there are the Girl Bombs that are meant to beguile and threaten the most powerful military men on that planet so that Goldfoot can gain access to vast stockpiles of weaponry for use in blackmailing or eradicating nations. Alternatively, the Girl Bombs are being offered for sale to unscrupulous governments in search of the perfect assassins.
Goldfoot is aided by his loyal henchmen Igor and Hardjob and guarded by a bevy of Bikini Machines. His every step is dogged by dedicated agents from every intelligence organization in the free world.

Igor and Hardjob are Dr. Goldfoot's assistants, man-servants, and leg-breakers.
They are unfailingly loyal to him, if not terribly smart... and a little
too prone to getting "friendly" with the Bikini Machines. Igor tends to
help Dr. Goldfoot around the lab and lair while Hardjob serves as Goldfoot's
driver and bodyguard. (Hardjob has a fondness for knives and bizarre edged
weapons, such as hats with razorblade brims.)

Control Unit (5 Item Points). This small, handheld device allows Dr. Goldfoot to issue remote commands to his Bikini Machines and Girl Bombs. A control unit exists for each Bikini Machine and Girl Bomb, as each robot operates on its own radio frequencies. By itself, the control unit only has a range of a few hundred meters, but when used in conjunction with the Monitoring Station, its range can reach anywhere in the world. Also, the Monitoriting Station allows any control unit to be used with any Bikini Machine or Girl Bomb. The control unit has three buttons. First is the "Kiss Button," which activates the robot's seductive and sexual programming. The seccond is the "Kill Button" which causes Bikini Machines to attack and Girl Bombs to explode. The third button activates special programs or functions unique to indvidual robots, and the result varies depending on what Goldfoot created the robot to do. (It might activate special combat abilities, cause the robot to disarm security systems, or anything else conceivable.) The control units can also override any commands issued to the robots verbally, even by Dr. Goldfoot himself. They cannot, however, influence any robot who is dancing because of exposure to dance or pop music. The buttons are not labeled, so those unfamiliar with Dr. Goldfoot's creations will have to learn which is which through trial and error. All control units are alike, so once the buttons have been identified on one, it applies to the others. The control units are, however, labeled according to what root they control--the one for Bikini Machine #11 is labeled 11, for example. The robots themselves are not obviously labeled, although the Monitoriing Station can identify which robot is which by their numbers.
Lipstick Laser (4 Item Points. Weapon Attack Abilities: Damage 15 points, Concealable, Armor Penetrating, Limited Attacks, Short Range). This tiny device looks just like a woman's lipstick tube. It is, however, a compact laser that can be used as a weapon or a cutting tool. Dr. Goldfoot occassionally carries one in his pocket, and Bikini Machines are often equipped with one as well. There are typically four functioning lipstick lasers in existence at any given time, either issued to robots or in storage at Dr. Goldfoots secret laboratory. Igor and Hardjob refuse to use them except under the most extreme circumstances because they think the lipstick lasers are unmanly.
Monitoring Station (5 Item Points). This large piece of cutting
edge communications technology stands near Dr. Goldfoot's primary Bikini
Machine finishing area in his secret lair. It can intercept and decode
any transmission originating anywhere on planet Earth--so one might add
getting free sattelite TV to Dr. Goldfoot's list of crimes!--but Goldfoot
uses it primarily to monitor his Bikini Machines and Girl Bombs while they
are in the field. Each of his robots carries within it a transmitter that
allows him to listen in on any conversation that takes place near them.
He can use the Monitoring Station to focus on a particular robot, or he
can set it to monitor all of them, and to issue an alert if something out
of the ordinary is happening near or to a robot, of when a robot reaches
a particular stage in its assignment. The Monitoring Station also functions
as an interface and augmentor for the control units, allowing them to be
used on Goldfoot's robots anywhere in the world, and possibly as far as
away as the Moon. For example, Goldfoot (or any operator) could issue a
single order to a robot lurking in the home of a Saudi Prince, or he could
issue a single simultaneous order to all robots in field. Goldfoot can
issue verbal commands to his robots through the Monitoring Station, or
he can use it in a fashion identical to the control units. (Out of habit,
however, he tends to use a control unit when he has one available.) The
Monitoring Station is not a user-friendly device, as he constructed it
for his use alone. Anyone else attempting to use it to intercept broadcasts
or control his robots must roll a Mind-based check vs. a 10 Difficulty.
