These pictures were taken on the Southern Railroad in Northern Virginia. Southern Railroad and Norfolk and Western Railroad have provided the railfan with many excursion trips over the years. These pictures were taken on tracks that date back to before the Civil War and have a long and rich railroad history. Some of the recent history is portrayed here. |
